How to Submit a Request
Email andegames9@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the name of the application (e.g. "Stick Sort") and, if possible, your device's Android Advertising ID. This helps us identify the data associated with you, since our games do not require user accounts.
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR and CCPA timelines.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your device or advertising ID:
- Gameplay analytics events (e.g. levels played, sessions started)
- Crash and diagnostic reports linked to your device
- Advertising identifiers used for personalization
- Any other personal data we hold that is linkable to you
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business reasons:
- Aggregated and anonymized data — kept indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
- Data required for legal compliance — retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Data already shared with third parties (e.g. Google AdMob, Firebase) — we will instruct those providers to delete it where possible, but their own retention rules also apply. See their privacy policies for details.
Uninstalling the App
You can stop further data collection at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device. Uninstalling stops new data from being collected, but does not automatically delete data that has already been transmitted. To remove already-collected data, please submit a deletion request as described above.
